Parkinson's Support: Parkinson's Support Group- Our Support Group at OHCC meets the first ursday of every month at the Clubhouse at 3 pm in the Majorca room. We are a growing group of those with Parkinson's and their Caretakers. By sharing your challenges and successes with others on the same journey, we help each other find strategies for coping with Parkinson's. We offer participation in exercises, a walking group, a dance group, and also our social activities of Happy Hours and get togethers! Please come join us and share this positive Support Group interaction and make new friends! Don't forget the new UP Mobility Class on the fourth ursday of the month from 1 to 2 pm.
