This exterior improvement can range from small changes (plants, cameras, decoration, etc.) to the larger changes (landscaping, exterior painting, etc.). There are rare instances that work is done without DRC approval. That is why it is important to pick up the "yellow permit card" that is created after an application approval. The permit signifies to management and other homeowners that the improvement was approved, and the work is allowed. Without the permit card, it may cause confusion and end in a code violation. Management always recommends you refer to the Governing Documents to review the rules set in place for your exterior improvements. Following the Governing Documents greatly increases the chance of your application's approval. Action Items (this information is accurate as of Nov. 6). We are getting a proposal to get it replaced. • The back patio staircase is proving to be unsafe. We are getting stair grip strips to replace any damaged or missing strips. • The treadmill that is to replace the non-functioning treadmill has been shortly delayed, but we are told the vendor should receive the product by Nov. 13. • The men's spin dryer was repaired by our handyman vendor! • The outdoor spa is now sufficiently heated!
