FOUR SEASONS BREEZE | JANUARY 2024 35 If you have seen an act of kindness or have received one, please share with the community. Let's spread gratitude! Email your gratitude to FourSeasonsNews@yahoo.com or go to The Lodge Lobby and fill out a gratitude note and put it in the box marked "The Box of Gratitude." Thank you. Expressing Gratitude ank you to my neighbors and friends who have so generously delivered meals to my husband and me during my rehab. Mike and I are so appreciative. My fractured lower spine may mean three to six months in the brace and it's just difficult to stand. But with love and support, I continue to heal. ~ Marianne Bugni How do I express thanks to so many people who have been so kind during this difficult time? Special thanks to Pam who took me to the dentist. One million thanks. Dianne Rothberg One act of kindness I have seen is a man helping an old lady cross the street. I really thought that was sweet of him. He was so thoughtful that I wanted to give him a shout-out. And remember guys, be kind and have a positive attitude of gratitude. Anonymous I'm filled with gratitude for ALL the wonderful people and activities here in Four Seasons Beaumont! Cindy and her staff knock it out of the park every time they put on an event for us residents. I'm still recounting the both fascinating and entertaining classic automobile display and contest on Nov. 11, followed by the Veterans Day Twilight Memorial in our Veterans Park with a warm reception aerward at the Summit … beautiful! Needless to say, Four Seasons' dynamic couple, residents Dave and Janine Rohrbacker, were there helping to make it fun, fun, fun. If that sounds good to you, let me tell you about the great time we had at Gail's Majority Rules get-together in e Lodge that prior weekend. We laughed, ate, guessed, and won big-time prizes (I won a $50 gi certificate for P F Chang's restaurant) FOR FREE at her majority rules, table-vs-table, guessing game in the Ballroom. If you were there, you would probably give me a high-five right now. If you weren't there, YOU MISSED A GOOD TIME! Last but not least, although I thought I couldn't have a better time than at Gail's Games, I went to the Heart and Soul Dance party the very next day in e Lodge and WOW, DID WE HAVE A BALL! It's a TIE — I can't say which was better! Priscilla entertained us royally with free food, fantastic music, and all kinds of dancing. We had SO much fun. anks, Priscilla! I'm looking forward to our/your next party. Gratefully yours, Jan White
