Our instructor is back from holiday break starting Tuesday, Jan.
2. If you would like to try something new, Beginner's class starts
at 4:30 pm in the Auditorium. e class is only $5, with the first
being FREE, so you can try before you buy. Don't worry about
shoes; our instructor will loan clogging shoes until you decide
whether you want to buy your own.
Clogging is a form of American Folk Dance with taps on the
shoes. It's a great way to exercise your body and brain. Studies
show that dancing is a major tool in the fight against Alzheimer's
and dementia. If you're interested, please call me at the above

ursday Bocce is going strong. We play from 2 to 4 pm or until almost dark. If you want to learn more about Bocce, come out
any ursday, no equipment is needed, just bring your choice of beverage and a snack and join us for fun, socializing and friendly
competition. Water and ice are always provided.
