In San Diego County there are quite a few festivals held each year. Some have been held for decades and some are new entries. e annual San Diego Bay Wine & Food Festival is celebrating its 20th year in 2024 with the festival occurring Nov. 3 - 10. Special events on the weekend of are Grand Decant on Friday, the Grand Tasting on Saturday and the Grand Fiesta on Sunday. California Wine Festival offers several festivals throughout southern California with one being held at the Park Hyatt Aviara Resort in Carlsbad June 28 – 29, 2024. Tickets go on sale Feb. 1. Last year, Del Mar Wine + Food Festival held its first event. is year they will have their second event from Oct. 2 - 6 at the Surf Sport Park. eir Grand Tasting event will be on the weekend starting Oct. 5. SoCal Wine Experience 2024 – Sat., Aug. 17 from 1 to 6 pm PDT at Ruocco Park on Harbor Lane. La Jolla is hosting its 15th Art + Wine Festival this year on Oct. 19 and 20 from 10 am until 6 pm. is is a free event and pets are allowed. Another event is "Uncorked: San Diego" being held at the Spanish Landing Park on Sat., April 8 from 1 to 5 pm. 21st Annual Encinitas Rotary Wine & Food Festival will be held June 8, from 4 to 7 pm. Tickets will be offered starting in April. SeaWorld has a Seven Seas Food Festival and a Cra Beer Festival returning in 2024. Be sure to check the SeaWorld site for dates. Coronado is celebrating its second annual Art & Wine Festival on Sat., May 11. Although the event is free, Wine Tasting areas will require ticket purchase. Check the website closer to the event for the opening time.
