| SUN LAKES LIFESTYLES | JANUARY 2024 | 59 Women's Golf Happy New Year! The Sun Lakes Women's Golf Club has a New Year's resolution for you – Play More Golf! We play 18 holes every Thursday as well as the first Saturday of every month and would love to have you join us. Sometimes we play organized games, sometimes we golf just for fun and camaraderie. Our general meeting and luncheon is held on the second Thursday of every month. This month, we tee off on Jan. 11 at 9 am with a partner game called Alternate Shot where participants get to pick who they play with. Lunch is served in the Ballroom at 12 pm and our general meeting is immediately following. If you would like to get involved with a great group of women golfers, please call our Membership Chair, Mo Farra at (714) 292- 4056. This club is open to all women golfers who live in Sun Lakes and includes a mix of beginner, intermediate, and advanced golfers. One thing we all share is a passion for golf and a desire to have fun. We invite you to come learn more about our club and enjoy our beautiful golf course. Hope to see you on the course! Lady Niners Lady Niners differ from other golfing groups. We play nine holes of golf every Thursday on the championship course. We carry handicaps so we can participate in other golf outings, both at Sun Lakes and away. What better way to celebrate the New Year, than to begin your golfing adventure with the Lady Executive Golfers Club! We offer a variety of fun weekly games and challenging team Tournaments each month. And every skill level is welcome to participate. You also have an opportunity to try out your skills on the Executive course prior to joining our membership. Simply sign up for a Tuesday game day.
