The Bon Appetit Club decorated one of the Clubhouse
Hallway Christmas Trees with the theme "Sugarplum
Christmas." Thank you to Pam Davidson, Mary Puchalski,
Eileen Kosmicki and Bianca Ralston for the decorations.
On Dec. 1, we held our Holiday Luncheon with catering provided by
Chef Noel. The menu included herbed chicken breast in a light sauce,
vegetarian lasagna, roasted potatoes, steamed winter vegetables,
rolls, and a festive garden salad.
Desserts were provided by Martha Green's in Redlands. Thank you
to everyone who donated raffle baskets, they were beautiful and well
received by the winners.
Outgoing President Pam Davidson thanked the 2023 Board
Members, Vice President Eileen Kosmicki, Treasurer Mary Puchalski,
and Secretary Bianca Ralston for their service.
Incoming President Bianca Ralston outlined goals for 2024, and
thanked the Bon Appetit Club members for their participation.
In addition, Bianca thanked our new Board Members including
VIie President Carolyn Keierleber, Treasurer Janet Carpenter, and
Secretary Debra Eudy.
Our next meeting will be an Open House on Fri., Jan. 5 at 1 pm
in the Oakmont Room. New and returning members are invited to
sign up for 2024 membership and join us for cookies,
coffee, and tea. We urge new and returning members to
engage in planning our 2024 events, and let us know what
programs they would like to see. In addition, we will be inviting
members to join committees to foster participation.
