Happy New Year everyone! I hope everyone had a safe and
happy holiday! As with every new year, we need to look at our
calendars. Card Art 101 classes will again be on the third Friday
of the month. Our January class will be on the 19th. Start
time will still be 1 pm. Cost is still $10 to cover materials. I
asked for May 25 for Spring Fling and Nov. 23 for Holiday Card
Art. Spring Fling and Holiday Card Art are my Saturday all-
day classes. The cards shown here were from my Holiday Card
Art 2023. The front of the green and stripe card is elf clothing.
When you remove the belt, it opens up to reveal the surprise
sentiment. I added the deer card because it's just calming in
this rushed season.
As always, I design the cards, do all the stamping and cut
out all the pieces! Your kit will include pop dots, glue dots,
gems, glitter, ribbon, buttons and anything else I can put in
your envelopes. Come with your friends and assemble your
kit with my verbal step-by-step instructions. It's always a fun
class. If you can't come to a class, you can always purchase a
kit with written instructions and pictures. Never made a card
before? That's okay as everyone in the class can help you! Don't
know what to bring? Scissors and a fast drying glue is all you need
to get started; after that, you can add some bling to make your card
your own work of art. I have supplies on hand for you to purchase if
needed.
As in the past, I send out an email about a week before the class
to get your RSVP so I have enough time to assemble your kits. If
