By Dave Wellfare
Once again, so many of you generously contributed toys for the SDV Veterans & Friends
annual toy drive for Sparks of Love. Many children enjoyed a Merry Christmas because
of your kindness. e toys were delivered to the Riverside County Fire Department for
local distribution.
Come and see what other activities the SDV Veterans & Friends are planning. We meet
the second ursday of each month at 10 am in the Lodge Stonecreek Room. Veterans
and non-veterans of the community are all welcome to join the Veterans & Friends Club.
VETERANS & FRIENDS
TOY DRIVE 2023
By eresa Rossetti, Resident
e end of the year brings many celebrations at Solera Diamond
Valley. Among them was the annual party at the Wine Wednesday
get-together. Organized by Ann and Rick Wind, the event inspired
us to amp up our attire, our headgear, and our appetizers in order
to celebrate the occasion. While we always enjoy each other's
company, December seems to bring out the best in all of us.
Our Wednesday aernoon plan is to enjoy the company of all
who care to attend, while we share appetizers and snacks. Despite
the group's name, there is no need to arrive with wine. Whatever
your beverage of choice, feel free to bring it along. Come and join
us!
