| OHCC LIVING | FEBRUARY 2024 | 11
As we begin the end of 2023, I'd like to thank the Board of Directors, the Keystone
staff and the residents of Ocean Hills for all of your support this past year.
A reminder that the dirt path behind the community on Arcadia way is not
authorized for residential usage. Only maintenance and security are authorized to
enter the area due to safety concerns. The bottom of the hill is secured via a chain link
fence for this very reason. This area is unsafe due to snakes, uneven terrain, and other
wildlife present in the area.
Dogs and other pets should be restrained while on community property. If you
allow your dog to be untethered on your driveway, in your garage, or on the front lawn,
We highly recommend that they be restrained. This is a safety precaution not only for
other residents but for your pets as well. There have been several incidents of loose
dogs in the neighborhood recently, and residents will receive a citation for violation.
Repeat incidents for excessive barking will result in a citation issued to the homeowner.
This is a reminder to the community that Community Patrol Offices are not law
enforcement. If you have an issue with another resident that is not a violation of a
CC&R but involves alcohol, threats (verbal or physical), or the potential to endanger
themselves or another person, contact 9-1-1 FIRST. Then contact CPS second.
If you have a concern that you would like to be raised in another issue of OHCC
Living magazine, contact me via email or by phone. My office at the front gate is
always open for residents of Ocean Hills Country Club. ~ Josh Robinson, Director
