At the time this article was submitted, no
activity has occurred on either warehouse.
Currently the Beaumont Pointe Project is
under review by the City of Beaumont's
Planning Commission. As soon as the
date became available, the date, time and
location was listed in the Daily Report to
update our residents so they could be aware
of the progress of this project and attend the meeting. Next month's
Breeze will have a complete article on the outcome of the Planning
Commission's review and any decision made.
The Banning Pointe Warehouse Project's court date was continued
from Nov. 17, 2023 to Jan. 31, 2024 in
Riverside Superior Court. Any progress in
that case will be reported in the Breeze as
well.
While there isn't much reportable activity
in this article, please continue to review the
Daily Report each day for any meetings or
activities that are upcoming for either the
Beaumont or Banning projects.
As the court hearing proceeds, the information will be made
available to us and be listed in the Breeze or the Daily Report. ~
