Our January Cars & Coffee gathering was fabulous.
The temperature was a bit chilly but the hot coffee
helped warm the bones and the sun was shining as were
the beautiful cars on display.
We had a great showing of two beautiful Jaguars. Both
attracted a lot of attention. Rick Van and his wife Nancy
showed up in their 2003 shiny quartz-colored XK8
convertible V8 they have owned for just two months. It
is 100 percent original and purchased from the original
owner. Both exterior and interior are like new.
Stan and Sandra Roberts arrived in their beautiful
mint green Jaguar XJ8 sedan V8. Stan inherited it from
his mother who passed away in October of last year.
On another note, since our Veterans Day Car show
was a huge success, the Cars & Coffee Club was proud to
donate $150 to the Four Seasons Veterans Club.
Cars & Coffee meets the first Saturday of each month
at 9 am in The Lodge parking lot. Our next meeting will
be on Feb. 3. Please join us for some hot coffee, donuts,
and some great conversation with other car lovers. For
