44 FOUR SEASONS BREEZE | FEBRUARY 2024
The new year has started and Step It Up Line Dance is alive and
kickin'! My goal has always been and will continue to be improving
our dance skills as well as physical conditioning but, most importantly,
having fun while doing so. I have some fun new dances that I'll bring
to the class this year along with reviewing the old ones. There's no
bigger thrill to me than to watch the whole room jump up at an event
and dance to songs like Billie Jean that I brought to the community a
few years ago. If you're interested in learning that dance, along with so
many more, come out and have some fun and meet a great group of
friends. We meet Mondays at 1 pm and Wednesdays at 6:30 pm. Any
questions? Please contact me at (949) 326-3133 or etgrad76@icloud.

At the Christmas party for Martha Frank's Tuesday Line Dance
class, we said goodbye to our dear instructor, Martha.
Martha taught this class for nearly 10 years. She decided to
spend more time with her dog, her friends, her family, and herself.
She dedicated herself to helping beginners learn basic steps and
intermediate dancers hone their skills. She hosted great parties.
We enjoyed going to the Branding Iron and learning new dances.
Martha was presented with a beautiful quilt (at right) designed
by dance member Nancy Lilly and generously quilted by Rose
Werth, a dog-walking buddy.
Nancy had many dancers sign squares with messages for Martha.
We will miss you Martha, and wish you lots of good times with
your free time now. Thanks for all the time you generously gave to
us. ~ Mary Christelman
