This & That

Just because
February is
only 28 days,
this little month
has a lot going
on. This shorty
month LEAPS
every fourth
year and gets
another day
making this
month have to
count to 29!
The beautiful birthstone for
February is Amethyst, which is
often associated with qualities
of peace, courage, and stability.
The zodiac signs for the month are
Aquarius (until Feb. 18) and Pisces
(from Feb. 19 onward).
"Februum" (aka February) is Latin which means
purification and was originally the last month of the
Roman calendar.
