We meet at The Lodge in the Multipurpose Room. All are welcome. You don't need to own an RV. Some members rent them or rent cabins. Some members just cruise the high seas. Ray Croteau reported that the trip to Death Valley and Pahrump was a big success. They had good weather and a great time. Next month I will report on our January trip to Emerald Cove. Most of our trips are between five and seven days. Our trips are usually within two to six hours from Hemet. March is our California Coastal Cruise on Princess. This is a seven-day cruise out of San Pedro and stops in San Francisco, Santa Barbara, San Diego, and Ensenada. May is our annual trip to Bonelli Bluffs in San Dimas. October is our East Coast Cruise. More trips are still being worked out. 2025 looks to be exciting as plans for either a Mississippi River cruise or Alaskan cruise are in the works. As you can see, we have some empty months. Come and help us fill them up! Diamond Painting is a combination of cross-stitch and paint-by- numbers. You will learn to use an applicator to apply hundreds of sparkling resin rhinestones, one-by-one, on an adhesive color-coded canvas painting design or picture. The end result will be a vivid, shimmering work of art. Each piece can be framed and hung in your home or office, gifts for family, friends and loved ones, or kept for yourself to enjoy. There are new, exciting and interesting designs. ALL materials are included in course fee with instructor provided extras. Bring your own snacks. The cost is $45. Bring a friend and get $5 off for both. Classes will be progressive and held on Wednesdays from 6 to 7:30 pm on Feb. 14, 21, and 28 in the Craft Room at The Lodge. You must register by Feb. 7.
