We oen hear the term "herbs and spices," and as any even amateur chef knows, herbs and spices are vital ingredients in many dishes. ey add flavor, aroma, color, texture and even nutrients. We will delve into the history of herbs and spices and what they are. We will also discuss the different types of herbs and spices and how to grow and use them. Classic herb and spice combinations will also be covered. We hope you can join us.
