While thorough, it often leads to exhaustion, confusion, and inefficiency. In contrast, Governance embodies a structured approach with clear guidelines that improve and streamline decision-making and operations, ensuring efficient task completion. It includes clarification of roles, best practices, and processes, dictating how an organization achieves organizational success. Management, represented by FirstService Residential, implements the execution of the governing policies. It begins with clarifying the organization's vision, mission, and objectives.
