| SUN LAKES LIFESTYLES | MARCH 2024 | 21 Sun Lakes Committee Reports Marketing Advisory Resident Satisfaction and Feedback. The mission of the Marketing Team, Sun Lakes Master Board, FirstService Residential staff, volunteers, advisors, Clubs, and Committees is to create the best possible experience for our residents. Strong, capable management, faithful adherence to Bylaws and CC&Rs, professional facilities and grounds maintenance, periodic and necessary remodeling and updating of facilities, and interaction with residents to openly discuss common interests and goals are vital components of our daily focus. Improvements. Most of you are aware of recent actions taken to improve our community such as new street signs, new carpeting, a renewed Sandwedge Bar & Grill, a new de-humidifier in the South Clubhouse pool, new pickleball courts, shaded areas for bocce ball, new restaurant menus, new flowers and landscaping, refurbished golf bunkers, and establishment of a Reserve Replenishment Assessment. The upcoming modernization and expansion of our Lounge will add needed seating space and greatly improve our favorite socializing venue. Your Input Gives Focus to Our Actions. Your Marketing Team wants to learn about and respond to your needs and views. We are planning to conduct surveys that will ask you how Sun Lakes can better serve you. Some new projects that you, our residents, have requested are already underway: 1) updating the public view of the Sun Lakes website; 2) a Sun Lakes brochure targeting potential new residents and realtors: and 3) an awareness program for the new Lounge expansion. 'WELCOME HOME' touches our hearts. Michele Walter, our Marketing Advisory Committee Chairperson, hosted a Welcome Home celebration on Jan. 25 dedicated to welcome 45 new homeowners to Sun Lakes. Twelve clubs attended to share their information and Jason Ewals gave an informative presentation about our community. Bob Walter, President, Randy Robbins, Vice President, and Lori Hazelton, Secretary, talked about the numerous amenities available in Sun Lakes. Brian Garlington talked about how to get the most out of the Sun Lakes golf amenities. New residents were asked about their reasons for moving here, and it was no surprise that many said they were referred by friends or relatives who love Sun Lakes. ~ Jerre Blodgett/Chairperson and Michele Walter, (951) 202-8009 Forty-five new residents were welcomed recently by Sun Lakes Marketing Team, Board, and staff The Spring Craft Fair will be held March 2 from 9 am until 1 pm in the Ballroom.
