The Banning Pointe Warehouse Project that initially was to be in
court on Nov. 17, 2023 and rescheduled to Jan. 31, 2024 has been
continued again. The new hearing date in court is now March 13 at
1:30 pm.
The Pass Action Group has said that they are planning a Town
Hall at Sun Lakes sometime after the March 13 court date. When the
Town Hall is scheduled at the Sun Lakes Ballroom, we will be notified
on the date and time.
The Beaumont Pointe Warehouse Project has been reviewed by the
city of Beaumont's Planning Commission. The vote on the warehouse
project was three to one in favor of the developer's proposal.
The next review by the city of Beaumont will be before the city
council who will either support the planning commission's vote or
they could vote to deny the project. As of now, the date has not been
scheduled for the Beaumont Pointe Project to be on the city council's
agenda. When we become aware of the date for the review before the
city council, we will notify our residents by placing the information
