LARRY WORKMAN
As a Board member, I am aware that it is hard to win over everyone. The HOA Board has an obligation to the homeowners, much like a
corporate entity. Committees, the BOD, residents and management must collaborate well.
As a Product Manager, I was responsible for obtaining and maintaining approvals from various codes and listing organizations including
but not limited to UPC, IAMPO, NSF, ASTM, and UL. This also involved managing product liability litigation with insurance companies
and overseeing marketing, gross revenue, and sales experience.
I was a senior staff member for a $100M+ company for over a decade, I have experience in decision-making. My background in sales,
marketing, and customer service has added transparency to our HOA's operations. I have served on multiple HOA Boards previously and
understand how they work for the community.
I am a member of the Board of Directors, leading the monthly Computer Group meeting and serving as a liaison for various committees
including Communications (Breeze), Architectural Review Committee (ARC), Community Planning Committee (CPC), Safety Committee,
and the Amphitheater Committee.
