FOR UPDATES ABOUT FOUR SEASONS, GO TO FOURSEASONSBEAUMONT.ORG 6 FOUR SEASONS BREEZE | MARCH 2024 GENERAL MANAGER'S REPORT FACILITY CLEANING HOURS In years past, our janitorial vendor has completed pressure washing and other deep cleaning of facilities after those facilities closed so as not to impact owners' use of those facilities. This has recently created issues where the noise from the equipment being used is a nuisance to owners in the area and violates the city of Beaumont's Noise Ordinance. The Board approved changing hours at The Courts and The Summit at the February Board meeting. The Courts pool area will be closed every Wednesday at 5 pm until the facilities close. We are still finalizing the schedule for The Summit, but the outside area by the Spa will be closed either every Tuesday at 5 pm or Thursday at 5 pm. There are no changes to The Lodge hours. We will also have this information online and reminders in the Daily Report. DOLLARS AND CENTS At the January Board meeting, the following projects and bids were approved: • Tree removal at 275 White Sands - $1,200 REMINDERS A reminder I give at each Open Session Board Meeting is to slow down. Once you are home behind the gates, speeding or not stopping at stop signs will only "save" you a few seconds of time. Speed limits are 30 mph on the Circle, 25 mph on all side streets, and 15 mph in parking lots. Please slow down and drive responsibly. Also please use the sidewalks if you're a pedestrian and wear visible clothing when it is dark outside.
