FOUR SEASONS BREEZE | MARCH 2024 9
DID YOU KNOW?
DID YOU KNOW that the HOA has responsibility for more than 4,000 trees here at Four Seasons? Most of the trees enhance the
look of the community but, in some instances, trees have been determined to not be right for our community for a number of reasons. Such
is the case with the African Sumacs, known for having an invasive root system, on White Sands. On White Sands, the trees were planted too
close to private property and the roots destroying the owner's yards. This is why we must remove them in order to preserve the value of the
property, our primary goal in all long-term landscaping decisions.
DO YOU REMEMBER those little
photo huts in grocery store parking lots where
you'd drive up, roll down your window, hand
over your film, then return later to pick up your
developed photos? You'd have to wait at least a
week to see that you closed your eyes for half of
the 24 photos.
