| LIFE IN SOLERA | MARCH 2024 | 37 HIGH NOTES FROM KARAOKE Actor and singer David Soul was best remembered as Detective Kenneth "Hutch" Hutchinson in the American television series Starsky & Hutch from 1975 to 1979. His other notable roles included Joshua Bolt on Here Come the Brides from 1968 to 1970 which also starred actor/singer Bobby Sherman. We lost David Soul Jan. 4, 2024. David Soul's hit recording of Don't Give Up On Us was a big hit in 1977. David Soul's TV acting and radio songs got me thinking about other TV stars who also had radio hits in their heyday.
