Analysis and Financial Projections: As mentioned at the January Open Session, the Board of Directors heeded the advice of the FAC and engaged Reserve Study Inc. to conduct an alternate reserve analysis integrating the Lodge Remodel components and the NTE $368k cost of the project. This analysis revealed a projected percent funding at 67 percent for the first year followed by 64 percent for the second year and in year three to 70 percent. In light of these findings, adjustments to dues are anticipated. According to the study, an increase in reserve contributions of $2 to $3 above the normal reserve increase is forecasted, ensuring the continued financial health and stability of the Association.
