To help with your spring cleaning, I-Shred will be here May 24 and the Spring Garage Sales will be the first three Saturdays of May. The Recreation Department along with the Visiting Nurses Association of the Inland Counties and the San Gorgonio Memorial Hospital will be sponsoring this worthwhile event. Cholesterol screening, spinal wellness and balance, facial massage, bone density, blood pressures are just a few of the many preventive health issues and screenings that will be available on this day. The event is free of charge and door prizes will be available. HEALTH FAIR COMMUNITY SHREDDING Sat., April 20, Main Clubhouse Ballroom; $15 pp (checks only, limit four per household; tables of six). The event now is on a first come, first served basis on the ticket sales. He's back! Be ready Sun Lakes! Enjoy an evening of laughs with Jason Love, featuring two great comedians from the greater Los Angeles Area. They are guaranteed to make you laugh until you drop. This will be a table- seating event, limited to 210 and seating six per table. All members must be present at the time of check-in, if you want to sit together at a table. No tables held or reserved seats. Start cleaning out those garages for our Spring Garage Sales. Sales are 8 am to 1 pm. Residents are asked to have any remaining items that did not sell back into their homes after the garage sale by 4 pm that day. Dates and District participation are as follows: May 4: Districts 1, 4, 6, 8, 9, 10, 11, 12, 13 May 11: Districts 14, 15, 18, 19, 20, 21, 22, 23 May 18: Districts 2, 3, 5, 7, 16, 17 Fri., May 24, 9 am to 12 pm, Main Clubhouse parking lot; $5 per box (banker box size). Do you have boxes of paper just lying around taking up space? If so, we have a solution for you. I-Shred will be on-site near the Pop Tennis Courts. Get rid of those confidential papers that you no longer need without having to drive far away and pay a large fee. First come, first served. No bills over $20.
