| Four Seasons Hemet Herald | APRIL 2024 | 17 What is Team Sunshine? Our mission statement: Team Sunshine is an all-volunteer service group whose purpose is to reach out to Four Seasons residents in their time of need, to provide education, and to spread goodwill. How do we fulfill our mission? We send get well, sympathy and thinking of you cards. This activity is followed by a followup phone call. We assist families in planning celebrations of life. Sunshine greets newcomers to our community and sponsors a caregiver support group. We will deliver meals in a limited timeframe from the Bistro to those who are unable to leave home. We do not provide caregiving. We leave this to the professionals. Our Caregiver Team Lead has compiled a list of available services in our community. Team Sunshine also sponsors the Health Fair in May and the Shot Clinic in the fall. What about Team Sunshine? We are a volunteer group of "givers" from the Four Seasons community.
