The Bon Appetit Club had a wonderful day with
the "St. Patrick's Potato Bake" and Irish Coffee making
demonstration on March 1.
Thank you to our Bon Appetit Board members Carolyn Keierleber,
Janet Carpenter and Debra Eudy for helping put this event together.
A special thank you to our Sous Chefs Vickie Kale and Debbie Connor
for their help in the kitchen. Also a special thank you to Debbie
Connor and Mary Puchalski for the adorable centerpieces, and to
Becky Thomas for the amazing raffle baskets. And as always our
Set-up and Clean-up Committee members Terry Commeans, Debbie
Connor, Pat Parker, Connie Trudgeon, Susan Stillerman, Cindy Capps,
Eileen Kosmicki, Vickie Kale, Rosie Brooks, Bette Rader, Sue Miller
and Debbie Moore - you all do an awesome job! I apologize if I
missed anyone, but want you to know that we appreciate your hard
work and dedication to the club.

and participation as we continue to grow. We are signing
up new members at each of our meetings and are forming several

Our next event is "Chocolate Candy Making" presented by Sandi
Joel on Fri., April 5. Sandi will be providing samples of her candy
for attendees as well as some long stem chocolate roses for the raffle.
