Communications & Technology Advisory Committee (CTAC)
e Solera Oak Valley Greens Board of Directors created the
Communications & Technology Advisory Committee (CTAC) to
research, develop, and improve existing and new communication
methods for the community. To accomplish our goals, we are
looking to modify current communication methods, if needed,
as well as institute "state of the art" technological solutions in an
effort to keep all residents informed.
By the time you are read this, our new and improved community
website will have been live for about a month. We hope you've
been enjoying the new look and features.
Some information about the website:
• As of March 4, 423 individuals have registered. Please sign-up
soon if you haven't. CTAC is working on some additional features
that residents may want to access.
• Anyone living in Solera can register – both owners and tenants
• Please have each individual in your residence create their own
account
• Please notify Management if there are changes of ownership
and/or tenancy
Our website includes:
• Business Referrals – like Yelp, residents can rate businesses
and provide reviews.
• Message to Management – you'll be notified regarding the
status and assignment of your message.
• Classifieds – offer items to Solera neighbors here rather than
through Facebook Marketplace or Nextdoor. Once sold, you
will need to go to your posting and change the expiration
date. e next day the posting will no longer be visible.
• Neighbor to Neighbor – communicate with only your
neighbors, not everyone as with Nextdoor. If you choose to
"subscribe," you'll receive emails when posts are added and
replied to.
New site go-live went well. Now time for the fine tuning!
Remember, this site is continually being updated.
User suggestions should be directed to David Paredes, Keystone
Technical Coordinator, dparedes@keystonepacific.com. David will
add them to his to-do list. It will take one to three business days
for changes to appear. Starting soon (TBD) there will no longer be
access to the old site. It will be gone.
