How to get your voice heard...
We're aware that many residents may have issues or concerns that they would like to be addressed, but may not know how to get answers.
You can review the Homeowner's Handbook of Rules and Regulations to help you get some answers.
Here's an overview of some steps to get your voice heard. First, you'll need to identify whether the issue falls under the responsibility of
your Village or the Master Board/ HOA. Village: handles all issues regarding your front yards, roofs, village assessments. Master: handles
all issues regarding the Common Areas of the community, amenities, and global community issues.
If you are unsure, just contact the HOA Office and we can make sure the appropriate person receives the concern.
MASTER Board

com to fill out a work order to address common area landscape issues.
• Go to the website/ Ask a Manager/ for answers to specific issues.
