| OHCC LIVING | APRIL 2024 | 31 Hello to all in our Papercrafting club and our loyal followers. Our members are making some fabulous cards this year and showing up for class in record numbers. We are sorry that we only have room for three photos each month to go along with our article. For more, please go to our Papercrafting website or send your best crafting photos to Chris Sanderson to share with our membership. There are also new papercrafting examples made by our talented co-crafters in the display case in the Galleria for you all to enjoy. There's plenty coming up this month for which to make dazzling cards. In addition to our usual birthday, thank you, and get-well greetings, special Easter, spring and specialty papercraft creations in our TOTES group (Think Outside the Envelope Sometimes) are all in production at this time. Our newest members and experienced crafters in Group 5 are excited and motivated each Tuesday morning to share their expertise: teaching new techniques and sharing products and ideas. The only advice I can give these new members is to make a scrapbook of your first few cards so that you can look back each year and see how far your card-making journey has taken you! Speaking of crafting journeys, as we continue through 2024, I wish all our members a fabulous time within your groups and please remember to CASE (Collect/Copy and Share Everything). It's the Papercrafting way to pass along everything we learn to others. Both the making and sharing of cards brings joy to us all and we are all about paying it forward. For all of you not in the club, don't forget to stop by the art room on Wednesdays and Fridays to see what our cardmaking groups are working on. Maybe one day, you'll be ready to join our club to make some beautiful cards of your own. To our members celebrating birthdays in April, we hope you have the best day ever and get lots and lots of cards from friends. (A Challenge to our other members!)
