Instructions: 1. In a large bowl, combine cabbage, red cabbage, carrot, celery and green onions. 2. Mix the dressing ingredients together. Whisk until emulsified. 3. Add to the other ingredients, along with the peanuts and garlic pepper. Toss well to combine. Note: For a special presentation, serve in a red cabbage leaf. Instructions: Put ½ cup chocolate pudding into each cup. Top with about 1 tablespoon crushed Oreo cookies. Push down two gummy worms, with tops sticking out. You can use either instant or regular pudding. If you use the kind you cook, let it cool down for about 10 minutes before you put into cups, or the cups will melt. Our daughter was about 10 years old when she had it published in our weekly newspaper, and boy, was she proud! I heard someone here made it for Halloween. I had this coleslaw at Wood Ranch BBQ when I went to lunch with friends. It's in the Dos Lagos area off the 15 freeway. I was able to find the recipe online and I'm sharing it with you.
