Hello to all and happy springtime! By the time you read this
in April, spring will be in full bloom. Hopefully, the rain will be
behind us, and the sun will be shining.
Spring is the time for spring cleaning, new growth, planting,
and projects in the community as well as at home. A belated
Happy Easter to all. 2023 came and went as I began serving my
first year on the Board. Wow, did I learn a lot!
e fall election has passed, and I would truly like to thank
all of you for your support and allowing me to serve on the
Board as your representative. We (the Board) recognize that
we cannot be all things to all people. But we do our best to
represent the best interests of the community. Aer all, we are
homeowners as well and pay our assessments and spend our
time working for the benefit of us all.
It shouldn't be they (HOA) or them (BOD) because it is US,
as shared ownership fails without cooperation. e Board
has had a lot of projects before it with difficult decisions that
required a lot of research and planning. We try to prioritize,
gather information and professional advice so we can make
informed decisions.
Acknowledge that the Board may have more detailed
information to work with. It doesn't mean we are always right,
but it DOES mean certain opinions shared throughout the
community may not be as fully informed.
I hope that this year will bring enjoyment, prosperity, and
good health to all. is is a great community and I hope you
feel the same. I would like to leave you with this quote:
