ADVERTISING Contact Image Up at (909) 797-3647 or email imageup1@verizon.net As we step into April, it's remarkable how swiftly this year is progressing. On behalf of the Board of Directors and the Management team, I extend our sincere gratitude for your unwavering support and patience throughout the ongoing Lodge remodel at Solera Diamond Valley. We are thrilled to report that The Lodge remodel is advancing steadily, thanks to the diligent efforts of the vendor crews. The new patio furniture has quickly become a useful tool for various activities, including committee meetings, group gatherings, Lifestyle Events, and the 'Coffee with the Board/GM' sessions. Moreover, it's fantastic to witness the continued utilization of the gym, pool areas, and sports courts by our residents, emphasizing the importance of staying active and engaged. We encourage all residents to stay informed about the remodel progress by visiting the dedicated website provided by EmpireWorks. The website offers comprehensive updates and visual documentation of the renovation journey. If you haven't already done so, please take a moment to explore the site at: https://qualtrak.empireworks. com/welcome. To access the website, please use the following login credentials: Username: Soleraremodel; Password: Solera2024 Amidst the excitement of the remodel, it's crucial to prioritize safety at all times. We have noticed instances where residents have entered restricted areas within The Lodge, posing potential risks to themselves and the community. As a reminder, the Mountain View Lodge remains an active construction zone. For the safety and well- being of everyone, please adhere to the designated boundaries marked by cones and safety tape. Any trespassing into restricted areas will result in disciplinary action as outlined in our Rules & Regulations (Section 5.2 Conduct of Members and Discipline). Your cooperation and compliance with safety protocols are vital in ensuring a smooth and secure remodeling process. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation as we strive to enhance the community's facilities for the benefit of all residents. Thank you once again for your continued support and cooperation. GM Report By Irma Rabago, General Manager COFFEE WITH THE BOARD & GM will now be on the Tuesday before the Open Session Board Meeting via Zoom; Tuesday, April 23 at 2 pm
