SOLERA DIAMOND VALLEY | APRIL 2024 5 As we welcome another spring season here at Solera Diamond Valley, I'd like to remind everyone of the resources available to you through the community website, soleradiamondvalley.com. The Community Website is a private website that requires you to be registered in order to gain full access to all of the tabs. • The About Us tab contains general information about the community, The Lodge, the Management team. It also provides a link to make your monthly payments and a link to the Management Company website. • The Governing Documents tab has the updated Governing Documents and Committee Charters in PDF format that can be downloaded onto your device. • You can also find announcements, community forms, Agendas, Minutes, Financial Reports, the View Magazine, Vendor's List, and information on the Board of Directors in their corresponding tabs. • The Lifestyle Events & Registration tab contains flyers for upcoming events and movie nights as well as a link to take you to our secondary registration website where you can create a personal profile in order to register for upcoming community events. • The Residents tab allows you to share information and photos with your neighbors, as well as having a resident directory so you can contact residents who choose to share their contact information. • The Community Communication tab allows you to send out a Community Alert via email to all of the registered members of the community as well as comment on multiple topics through the resident forum. • The FAQ tab answers most of the common questions with the answers to the "Yellow Card" Board Meeting questions. You can also find popular PowerPoint presentations, like the Hemet City Presentation and the current Lodge Remodel Project. Lifestyle Report By Teri Collett, Lifestyle Director I moved into Solera Diamond Valley in December 2011 after completing a 37-year career in the Air Force. We looked at several 55-plus communities in southern California and decided on Solera Diamond Valley and have been happy here ever since. I have previously served on the Board of Directors, the Finance Advisory Committee, and the Design Review Committee. I believe my experience as an Aircraft Maintenance Manager/ Superintendent where I dealt with aircraft scheduling, maintenance and mission requirements, facilities, funding, and personnel would be helpful to the Board. Looking forward to serving our great community. Karl Edwards: Board Member Biography By Karl Edwards, Resident
