Security Statistics
For March 2024, there were a total of 21,959 gate entries recorded,
consisting of guests, recreational vehicles, vendors and golfers.
Allied Security performed five property/residence checks and issued
12 citations for stop sign violations and 10 speeding citations. There
were 11 medical, fire, and police incidents. Allied cited 73 residents
for various parking violations, guest pass violations, and guest/
vendor violations. There were 22 residents cited for putting trash
cans out too early and/or not putting them away, and Allied made
calls to 20 residents whose garage door was found to be open. Each
resident was advised to close their garage door. Allied responded
to 93 miscellaneous incidents related to deceased residents, dogs
(excessive barking/off lease, lost), guest RV onsite after midnight,
signage (not allowed), gate strikes/tailgaters, welfare checks, and
broken/burst water lines/sprinkler systems.
