Needle Me
Personally, I have never been to a Yarn Crawl; never even heard of
it until the Needle Me group. A Yarn Crawl is an opportunity for fiber
enthusiasts to spend quality time with fellow yarn lovers, discover
new yarns and patterns, and maybe pick up some new crafting
accessories.
Many of our group members attended a local Yarn Crawl last
year and came home with some beautiful yarns and new ideas for
projects. I know that some of the ladies are planning to attend the
Los Angeles County Yarn Crawl taking place May 17 - 19, 2024. I can
hardly wait to see what they come back with this time!
However, our group is about more than just knitting and crocheting.
There are so many different needlecrafts, and many of our ladies are
proficient in more than one. Our display in the Art Gallery Cabinet
features just a few of these.
Please feel free to stop by to see what projects we are all working
on. We meet on the first and fourth Friday of each month in the Arts
& Crafts Room at 1 pm, anyone is welcome. If you have any questions

April showers bring May flowers! Come celebrate springtime in Four Seasons, Fri., May 10 in the Ballroom for fun, raffle prizes, the buffet
and karaoke/dancing. Join us at 5 pm – Social; 5:30 pm – Dinner; 6:15 pm – Raffle Prizes; 6:30 – 8:30 pm Karaoke/Dancing.
Bring a dish to share for eight to 10, your own utensils, dishes and beverage of choice. If you are concerned about sharing the buffet, you
may bring your own dinner. All residents and their guests are welcome. This is a great way to make new friends.
