The late March rains provided an opportunity to evaluate the three basins in the HOA. The morning of March 31, after 1.5" of rain, the
basin near the Breckenridge Gate "captured" the most rain. While the basin near The Courts showed little, if any, collection of water. The basin
adjacent to Trail C and the Edison easement was the fullest but still had room for more water. This basin does, however, capture debris which
