DID YOU KNOW that on the Daily Report, there are two buttons labeled "Landscape Concerns" and "Facilities Concerns" that
residents can use to report issues in the community? When clicking the button, you will be prompted to send an email that will go directly to
whomever oversees resolving that issue. Don't forget to include a photo of the issue so that it can be more easily found and resolved quicker.
DID YOU KNOW that guests under the age of 18 are considered children? Per Guidelines (p.15 #3), they cannot be in/use The Summit
indoor pool, The Courts outdoor pool, any spa pools, or the Billiards Room. Otherwise, they can use any parts of the facility, aside from
resident only amenities (e.g. gyms, saunas).
