II 1st Place; Betsy Messerer, Div. III 1st Place; Charlene Fink, Div. III 2nd Place; and Kati Williams, Div. IV 1st Place. Betsy Messerer lost 67 pounds with TOPS in 2023 and reached her KOPS (Keep Off Pounds Sensibly) Goal in February 2024. Congratulations to all! Peggy Andrews and Rosalee Strong represented our TOPS chapter at the Southern California Recognition Days held at the Riverside Convention Center in April.
