| Four Seasons Hemet Herald | JUNE 2024 | 7 Have you noticed the little white flags along the paseo in East Legends? If you look closely, you'll find the names of additional plants being ordered to fill gaps along the walkway! This effort is in response to the recent Town Hall Meeting held for Legends residents to find out their ideas for improving their neighborhood. After collecting the feedback forms, the committee learned that residents would like more plants along the walkway and some new varieties. Members of the Landscape Committee have taken these suggestions seriously and have proposed the addition of 65 new plants to the Paseo. The committee determined the best locations, spacing and exposure for the new plants. The selected plants were chosen based on resident preferences for more flowers and color. Three of the new varieties are pictured above. We hope that all walkers along the paseo will be delighted by these new additions to this popular area. You don't have to wait to make a suggestion for landscaping in the common areas. Visit the front desk for a simple form and return it to the front desk at your convenience. Our helpful Four Seasons staff will ensure that we have your comments for the next meeting. Not sure what is meant by "common area?" That's easy – common areas are those bordering Four Seasons Blvd and Word Cup Ave. They also include the areas surrounding the Clubhouse, pool, and sports courts.
