Bocce has been doing very well this season as we
are getting close to the last game and then the play
offs. Only the best scoring teams will make the
play off and will play bocce to win a first or second
winning position. As always, we will sponsor the
winning team by placing their team picture in the Herald Magazine
for bragging rights and a small purse to go along with their hard
work as a team. One of the events that all our bocce players look
forward to is the bocce BBQ where all the players enjoy some
outdoor cooking and homemade food. All the teams were treated
by our bocce BBQ chairperson and his hardworking crew that
provided teriyaki chicken, with pulled pork for non-chicken lovers
and many side dishes. A big kudos to Dan Ramos and all his cooks
and cleanup crew. They say seeing is believing so included in this
short informative paragraph are pictures taken at this event. Sadly,
this tells us that bocce is almost done for this year, but we all had
a great time meeting outdoors and
meeting new players that want to
play again next year. Hope this club
begins to grow again as we have in
the past years and more people sign
up for the 2025 season. Thank you
