FOUR SEASONS BREEZE | JUNE 2024 31 Social Committee We hope you all enjoyed the fashion show. The Social Committee and volunteers worked diligently to put this event together for you. Our special thanks to Jaci Johnson, the Cabi Personal Stylist, and Shannon Burns, owner of Lush Layne from right down the 10 freeway in Banning. Of course, we always enjoy seeing the outfits from Boot Barn. It was exciting to see a totally different format from years past. We can thank Debbie Jenkins for making it happen in a truly short time. We thought we had more time and then realized we did not. Debbie pulled it together with help from Elaine Recchion on decorations, and Linda Federoff collaborating with the models on walking the runway. The fabulous raffle prizes were put together along with the centerpieces with tender-loving care by Elaine Recchion. A special mention to Dave Rohrbacker and Phillip Westbrook for helping our ladies up and down the stage, and Bill Christelman for volunteering his photography talents. We have so many wonderful events here at Four Seasons for our residents to enjoy. The Social Committee will be dark until our next event on Sept. 7 which will be the one and only Rat Pack. Think Frank Sinatra's My Way, Sammy Davis, Jr.'s I've Gotta Be Me, and Dean Martin's Everybody Loves Somebody. I can't wait until September to hear these favorites. You will not want to miss this event. DJ Dave has graciously volunteered to host Music Bingo, another fun opportunity to win a prize. If there is time left over, we will be dancing too! ~ Lisa Johnson, lisajohnson710@gmail.com (714) 322-8877 Landscape Committee The Landscape Committee meets on the third Tuesday of every month. The meeting starts at 1 pm in the RCN. We provide recommendations to the Board on all the HOA- maintained landscape areas and collaborate with the landscape vendor to monitor conditions. In case there is a resident complaint, please fill out a Landscape Service Request form and direct it to our representative at FirstService Management. Activities of the Landscape Committee includes: • A schedule of weekly community inspection walks with appropriate partners, Park West and Board Liaisons • Review successful fulfillment of completed projects with our administration and Landscape partners Our Chairman reports on the state of the HOA's landscape by submitting written committee meeting minutes to the Board. Our committee members contribute articles of interest for the Breeze. From the moment you arrive in our community you realize what a beautiful place we have here with trees, beautiful flora, grasses, and well-maintained properties. Our committee strives to help all of us enjoy it all. ~ Bill Kuncewicki, wkuncewi@gmail.com
