is Schedule is established pursuant to Article 8, Section 8.5, of the Declaration of Covenants, Conditions and Restrictions for
e Colony at California Oaks (CC&Rs). In accordance with Civil Code Section 5850 and the Association's Governing Documents,
the Board hereby approves and ratifies the following fee schedule for violations of the Association's Governing Documents including
Rules & Regulations and CC&Rs. is schedule applies to Owners, tenants and lessees. Owners shall include a provision in their
rental or lease agreements requiring their tenants and lessees to abide by the Association's Governing Documents. e Owners
shall be responsible to the Association for the payment of any fines imposed pursuant to this schedule, and any costs incurred by
the Association to obtain compliance with the Association's Governing Documents.
In accordance with Tables 8-1 and 8-2 below and the Association's Governing Documents, the Association may levy fines
(referred to as "Compliance Assessments"). ese fines shall constitute personal obligations of the Owners who are fined and
shall be billed in the same manner as the monthly assessment. Copies of the Governing Documents are available at e Colony
Homeowners Association's office and can be mailed to Owners upon request and payment of applicable fees. Any suspension of
community privileges may include deactivating a vehicle transponder.
