Work Orders Needed
If you feel that more attention should be given
to the landscaping areas commonly referred to as
OHCC "Master" areas (i.e., all landscaped areas
other than your front and back yards), please don't
ask the gardeners to do extra work on these locations.
e gardeners are on a schedule and extra work will
slow them down. An example of extra work would
be, but is not limited to "hard pruning" or "detail
trimming."
Requests for extra work should be made on a work
order form. ese forms can be found at the HOA
office, or you can download one from the Ocean Hills
Country Club website. Completed forms should be
dropped off at the HOA office where they will be
taken care of in a timely manner by our Landscape
Director, Kathy Guzman and a different group of
gardeners. ank you for helping our community
