Parkinson's Support: We welcome all OHCC residents to a monthly exercise class on the fourth ursday of the month. Are you in need of improving your balance, reducing fall risk, improving your posture, or increasing cardiovascular fitness? If you have any of these concerns, please think about coming to this class. Even though it only meets once a month, you will get exercise that you can do at home. If sounds like something that could benefit you, and you can invest one hour for a cost of $5, please join us. e class is being taught by a licensed Physical erapist. ere are no sign ups necessary and just show up in comfortable clothing and shoes. OHCC Drum Circle: Every Saturday from 11 am to 12 pm you can join a Drum Circle in the Clubhouse. Meet with us for a rhythmic, meditative experience with percussion instruments. No experience is necessary. Our group is led by resident and professional musician/drummer, Keith ompson. You don't even need a drum but if you have one, bring it. ere is no charge. Stained Glass Class: Beginners-Stained Glass class started May 2. e class will be every ursday for six weeks, from 10 am to 12:30 pm.
