Our new fiscal year starts June 1, 2024. The new HOA dues will be $291 to cover all the
amenities that we enjoy. We have two new Board of Directors, Steve Bly and Marcia Casem.
Please join me in congratulating Steve and Marcia on their election to the HOA Board of
Directors.
With the addition of the two new Board of Directors, there's an opportunity for fresh
perspectives and ideas. If you're interested, I encourage you to consider volunteering for one
of the committees. Participating in committees can be a rewarding way to contribute to the
community and help shape its future. If you are interested, please fill out a Volunteer Interest
Form.
Feel free to explore the available committees and find one that aligns with your interests
and expertise. Your involvement can make a positive impact!
