Wine Club
The Sun Lakes Wine Club was established in April 2021 with the
purpose of creating a social environment around a common interest,
namely: Wine. In addition to simply enjoying the beverage together,
the Club's aim is to help build our members' knowledge of wine with
an emphasis on locally available and affordable options.
So far, in 2024, we have held three wonderful events. In January, the
theme was "Open the Door to '24" and was an elegant and enjoyable
occasion in the Main Ballroom. Our March event, in the South
Clubhouse, was "Guess the Varietal" and focused on red wines with
a blind tasting. May featured "Wine and Food Pairing" highlighting
the delicate process of combining food dishes with the perfect wine
by matching complementary flavors. Future 2024 events will be held
in the South Clubhouse on July 12 and Sept. 13 and are limited to
64 attendees. There will also be another Main Clubhouse Ballroom
event on Nov. 16. Join our email list at slccwineclub@gmail.com to

Membership is open to all Sun Lakes residents and, on occasion,
invited guests will be welcomed as well. Dues are $10 per person per
calendar year and applications are available in the Main Clubhouse
Lobby in the information rack located next to the reception desk.
