As of the writing of this article, the Pass Action Group attorneys
have collaborated with the attorneys for the city and the attorneys
for the developers. This leads to the submission to the court for the
Writ of Mandate.
By the time you read this article, it is expected that Judge Hopp
will have submitted the formal Writ and our attorneys will serve the
document to the City Clerk. This document will then be distributed
to the City Manager and City Council.
Assuming the developers resubmit their application, our next
step will be to continue lobbying the respective council members.
The lobbying goal will be convincing the city leadership of the
validity of our claims as to the impact on our community.
