SOLERA DIAMOND VALLEY | JULY 2024 11 By eresa Rossetti, Resident This year my plan was to check off things on my bucket list. First up – Palm Springs. After checking weather reports obsessively, we decided on March. Plan made; off we went! "The Hubs" had two things he wanted to do, spend some time at the casino and eat at a previously visited restaurant in Palm Desert. It was lovely to see everyone, to eat our son's home cooking (unlike his mother, he is a good cook) and, of course, go to some of The Hub's favorite restaurants. Eight days, three Italian restaurants, two nights of leftovers and two pizza places later, we were on our way home. A Tale of ree
