The Committee will reconsider in July when increased funding is expected to become available. 2024 Area Plantings: Approved Landscape Advisory Committee plantings for Areas 1–14 at a total cost of $22,493.25. 2024 Asphalt Rehabilitation Project: Reviewed proposals from JB Bostick, Premier Paving, City Services and National Paving to perform the 2024 Asphalt Rehabilitation Project. Accepted JB Bostick's proposal. Amount not to exceed cost of $553,070. Audit and Tax Preparation for FYE April 30, 2024: Approved Newman CPAs to perform these duties for fiscal year ending April 30, 2024, at a cost of $3,000. Four-Day Vote Center for November 5, 2024, Presidential General Election: Approved the Voter Registrar to utilize the Clubhouse Auditorium on Nov. 2 through Nov. 5, 2024, for the election. Women's Golf SB&R Lunch: Approved the Women's Golf request to host the Annual SB&R Luncheon on July 25, 2024, in the Clubhouse Auditorium. Pickleball/Paddle Ball Reservations, Tabled: Tabled discussion to allow for more research and review of the proposed reservation system.
